One Day Intensive Group Lesson
Are you interested in learning to whitewater kayak, but don't know where to begin? Are you hoping to meet people with similar goals of breaking through in the sport? Then our group lesson is what you need. Participants go through an intensive day of learning the fundamentals of whitewater kayaking. The skills you will learn include how to use the equipment, paddling on flat water, wet exits, running shuttle, navigating moving current, catching eddies and paddling class II rapids. This is a group lesson meaning others can sign up the same day to learn with you! This is a great opportunity to make potential paddling partners. Group lessons happen throughout the Summer Friday-Sunday. Gear is provided by Alpine Kayak. Transportation is a collaborative effort in order to properly execute shuttle logistics.
Group lesson rate: $199 per person. Minimum of 3 persons for lesson to occur.
Private "Just Roll With It" Lesson
Are you ready to take your kayaking to the next level? Book a Private "Just Roll With It" Lesson, to get personalized instruction to grow your skills. Your coach will pick the right section of river that challenges and excites you! All equipment provided. Transportation/shuttle may be a collaborative effort depending on your goals. For beginning kayakers to intermediate (Class I-III).
Private class rates apply: 1-$399, 2-$295 each, 3-5 $249 each, 6+ $219 each. For a private group lesson, kayakers should be close in experience and skills.
