At Alpine Kayak, our mission is to teach the art of whitewater kayaking to those eager to learn. We firmly believe that whitewater kayaking leads to a more fulfilled and adventurous life. For decades, Alpine Kayak has been passing this skill from generation to generation, sharing our love of rivers with everyone who wants to experience them.
Alpine Kayak offers camps, private tours, and group lessons on the whitewater rivers of the Eagle River Valley. Most of our programs take place on the Colorado River and sections of the Eagle River. As Eagle County's premier kayak school, we specialize in hardshell kayak instruction and teaching independent boat navigation on the Eagle and Colorado headwaters.
All or part of this operation is conducted on public lands under special permit from the US Bureau of Land Management. Operating under permit by the White River National Forest.
